Mr. Sunil Jaggi studied Australian Migration Law in Australia and holds a Master of Business Systems from Monash University. He is a registered migration agent with MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority, Australia – 0429029), a licensed adviser with the Immigration Advisers Authority of New Zealand (IAA 200902180), and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA 2241), AAERI and PIER.
Over many years he has handled a wide range of cases – including complex ones such as visa refusals, student, spouse and skilled visas, and AAT appeals.

Mrs. Divya Jaggi is the Director of Auscan Consultants – an artist at heart, vibrant, intelligent, hard-working and a person you can trust. A Fine Arts graduate from Chandigarh, she went on to earn a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from Victoria University, Australia, and is a registered migration agent with MARA (registration number 1807587).
She has many years of experience and specialises in visa refusals, genuine but challenging spouse cases and complex study visa cases.

Head – Student Visa
Ms. Manu Kapoor is a student visa and natural-justice case expert based in Chandigarh, working in the immigration industry since 2005. She handles study visas for Australia, Canada, the UK and New Zealand and is a specialist in student dependent cases. She gives clients and their dependents detailed, legitimate counselling and clear relocation pathways, so they can make confident decisions. She also makes sure work is delivered on time and that proper procedures are followed across the organisation.

Pooja Ghosh
Head – Migration
Ms. Pooja Ghosh has worked in the immigration industry since 2007 and with Auscan since 2013, leading all migration matters. She specialises in General Skilled Migration, temporary work (short and long stay), graduate work, business, partner, parent and child visas, as well as study visas. She has prepared and lodged hundreds of successful visa, skills-assessment and state-nomination applications and has considerable experience with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (formerly MRT). She helps clients choose the right visa pathway and supports them until the visa is granted.

Pooja Joshi
Admissions – Chandigarh Branch
Ms. Pooja Joshi is highly organised and has worked in the education sector since 2012. She guides students through the complete admission process with overseas education providers – from the application form and supporting documents to receiving the CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment). She screens student profiles carefully, stays in regular contact with university representatives for fast processing, and makes sure every student is admitted on schedule.

Office Coordinator – Chandigarh Branch
Ms. Monika has been a key member of the company since 2017 and is the single point of contact for all account-related requests. She manages the organisation's records and transactions, administration, office operations, spreadsheets, accounting and correspondence. She also assists the team with Australian migration procedures, helps with Australian visitor visa lodgements and manages communication between clients and colleagues.
