The Australian Bureau of Statistics has confirmed that Tasmania’s unemployment rate has dropped to a record low of 3.7% – the lowest in the nation. Not only is this a remarkable milestone for the state’s economy (now worth $40.6 billion), but it’s also a clear sign of the strong business conditions and growth opportunities here.
Since 2014, more than 51,000 Tasmanians have joined the workforce, backed by the Government’s investment in skills, training, and infrastructure.
For our international students at the University of Tasmania, this is a powerful message:
Jobs are available in Tasmania.
The state is growing, and industries are looking for skilled people.
It’s not just a great place to study – it’s also one of the best places to build a career and future.
We at Auscan are authorised representative of University of Tasmania…..Right time to take decision to study in Tasmania
